Jason Shinn is the Broker/Owner of Triple Crown Properties located in Wellington Florida. Since 1996 he has serviced the residential and commercial marketplace from Palm Beach County and the greater South Florida marketplace.

A consistent top producer, Jason excels in educating clients on construction and renovation cost estimates which allow them to make educated purchase and sale decisions. This mindset spawned Triple Crown Construction Group LLC./Shoreline Construction Management taking clients from idea to architecture and then design to build. Following his clients through purchase to customization, Jason soon opened another division of his company with Equestrian Management Services, a full-service concierge management company.
